Default 10" Monkey Bars on FLHXSE2

Really adds some more visual punch to the bike. I will say that the 10" bars make the stock mirrors useless.

Also, the bars physically seem to fit higher up towards the first bend after the mount. This causes them to hit the lower fairing panel.

I ordered a set of HD low profile mirrors.

i got some black Yaffe MBB 10s coming in for my bike... i knew the mirrors would be useless so i'm gonna do a pianted inner fairing at the same time and go with some Ness mirrors...
You might wanna look into Yaffe Bagger Chips to fill your mirror holes.... unless you wanna go with ANOTHER painter inner.... I bet a repalcement matching inner for that CVO goes for a pretty penny.. thought it looks like it may be straight vivid black so maybe you'll luck out

p.s. BEAUTIFUL bike.... i saw one at my dealer back in the spring... colors are unbelievable in person...

good luck and enjoy those Yaffe's and not having to bend over any more

Looks good...just curious though, why not do the black bars, to match the rest of the front end? The krypto was one of my favorites of the 11 FLHXSE colors.

I can't wait for my painted inner to get here. I've got everything else needed to put on my PYO 14's. Your post has me jones'ing even more now!

These are my favorite, but the new primeapes by LA choppers are pretty sexy too for a better price.

Not sure if you noticed, but he has chrome lowers on the forks..looks good to me the way it is...not that black would have looked bad, but may be he was going for the alternating chrome / black / chrome look which for me sits perfect with his scoot...JMO

Exactly. The lower forks are chrome, the hand controls are chrome, and the exhaust is chrome.

The bike is not meant to be blacked out IMO but alternated chrome/black.

NICE.

Hey, could you do me a favor? Would you measure how wide those bars are, from tip to tip of the grips? Im thinking about a set, but think they may be too wide for my liking. Also, is there any provision for NOT internally wiring them? Or is that a must do with the bars?

Great Looking bike.
