Default Weird issue with LED signals on 2012 FLHX

Maybe someone can shed some light (pun intended) on this issue I am having with LED signal install on my 2012 FLHX. I installed Custom Dynamics/Street Magic LED clusters in all four corners as well as a Biketronics Smart Equalizer. Well for some reason the left front signal was alot dimmer than the right. First and obvious thought would be a bad cluster. So I switched them and got the same results. Left side was nowhere near as bright as the right. This isn't slightly. It is substantially different. I even tried it with the Smart Equalizer disconnected and got the same results. So any ideas what could be causing this???

It sounds like the ground for the signal on the left front is not grounded properly.

Both. And there is only one way to install a cluster or a bulb with the offset tabs on the socket.

One other weird thing I noticed is the left signal indicator on the dash is slightly lit up when the signal is not activated.

assuming ground is good---

I have seen owners install a bulb the wrong way around- that's why I asked.

and same with equalizer disconnected?

any change in the front if you change the rear on that side?

That is usually an indication of a bad ground.

I went out and purposely tried to put it in the wrong way. It would take some force to do it. No change with the rear changed either. Does it no matter what.

Soooo how do I search out a bad ground or a short guys??? Or do I let the dealer handle it.
