Default 2012 Road Glide Custom...best colour ?

Hi all,

For all you that have seen the latest 2012 RG custom, what colour looks the best - vivid black, denim black, chrome yellow or big blue pearl ?

Have not seen any in my part of the woods so would like to get some input. I know colour is a very personal thing but opinions would be good. Is the bike too big for the yellow as that looks really good on the HD site. I am going to mod her up a bit with wheels, stretched bags, air ride, etc. Dealer said he has a vivid black and big blue pearl available but said he could change the colour if need be.

Thanks in advance.

denim black is easier to care for but vivid black looks much better.

I haven't seen any 12's yet. I'm not an expert, but from what I am seeing on the site, it doesn't look any different than the 11's. I don't like the Road Glides...... UNLESS IN BLACK DENIM!!! The color looks sooooo HOT!!!! :-)

I disagree.... I think the Denim is harder to take care of. I find that just the inside of my jeans has put marks on my tank. And there is no buffing out the fine scratches. I love the look though and I don't regret getting it. I almost got the Sadona Orange.

Probably not a color I would buy, but they have a Chrome Yellow Road Glide at a dealer near me.
Talk about "Wow Factor". That is one sharp looking bike!

Just don't know if standing out in the crowd like that would get old or not.

They also have a Sedona Orange '11 leftover on the floor.
