You can go to Home Depot or Menards and buy a package of 5 X (T-27) Torx bits for a couple bucks. You are right - they do not come with a normal set of torx bits, but they are commonly available at any place that sells tools. You just need to buy it separately. Better yet, replace all the T-27 Torx with 1/4 X 20 allens. They are also available at any decent hardware store.

Harbor Freight carries a "Pittsburgh star pint socket set". It has T20,25,27,30,40,45,50,55,&60
You can order these online. I also use their hex drives. Even Craftsman doesn't carry the sizes I needed for my bike.
