I use a piece of 1/4" rod to stroke the piston, the lever doesn't do the full stroke.

got it !!!!!!!!!

bill03E the rod worked.

actually i used a philps screww driver and it worked like you said. thanks to all that posted. this is why i am a member of this fourm. a lot of knowledge here.
