Yups, I have always liked NGK plugs, so that's what I'm running on my 88".
NGK DCPR7E. found em at the NAPA auto parts store for three or four bucks a piece.
$0.02

Standard factory units work as well as any. Having said that, I run Denso Iridiums. Hey, I like exotics, especially women.

Champion RA8HC and Autolite 4164 along with stock, no differences between any of them, verified on dyno as well, and the anti knock worked on all 3 types

Giddy up!

I've been running the E3's for the last 20000 miles. Seems like a little better fuel mileage ( about a mile or more per gallon and a little better seat of pants throttle response) and i don't have to worry about gapping them right.

I run Autolite's 4265 in my Evo. Best so far, 10k every time. I don't know why Ford plugs work so well in this Evo.

By the way this 25 yo bike has seen HD, Champs, SE, SplitFire, Denso, NGK, ect. Autolites worked the best.

You need to be careful switching up plugs and wires, they're crucial to the ion knock retard system. If the impedance is off, the system won't function properly.
