Hard to find neutral after SE Comp install

That's good and I did see you grinning from afar. Honestly, I wish mine would go into neutral from 2nd, as that would be very convenient at times. I'm going to ask around locally and see if any others have experienced this.

Well by way of follow up I have just checked the section for shifting control in my operators booklet and while there is a reference to neutral from 1st, there is no reference to reach N fron 2nd....
I'm curious as it may be a situation of "some do, some don't". I checked my shift pattern again on the way home from work and it does indeed engage N from 2nd very easily and I can feel the detent coming down from 2nd.
Good on you for asking around-- I'll do the same when I next ride with others.

Regarding your comment about sometimes missing N from 1st, if your chain was replaced recently it once it beds in a bit it could improve, but I reckon a clutch adjustment will help.
I would make sure the Primary case fill level is correct as well-- as it can make a difference to the way the clutch engagement/drag feels. JMO
