Default Soon to be harley owner :)

Hey everyone I have a custom 02 roadstar warrior now all tricked out, But I will most than likely be getting a 12 street glide. I am trying to figure out which exhaust to get right off the bat so I can get rid of the catalytic converter stock exhaust. I am thinking of a vance and hines true dual, which other upgrades do you guys recommend, going to need a back rest and what ever to make the wifey comfortable, going to need some good sounding music

If you want the V&H true dual, then go for it. Good looking set of pipes. You will lose a little low end torque with true duals, but not horrible. If you like the look of the stock 2-1-2 setup then look at a Fullsac "X" pipe. Good performance and looks totally stock. Works with all slipons that would fit the factory pipe.

I would also give Fuel Moto a call and check out their package set-ups.

With all that you are doing, just remember that the Warrior was faster. Now you will be reading for pleasurable cruising.

Congrats. Ditto on the Fuelmoto packages. Everything you need to dial it in perfectly all built to compliment one another.

if you want the most power out of your bike, you're going to want to run a 2-1 system.

Yeah I was considering that thanks though. I am going for looks and sounds with my soon to be SG I was it to look nice and big on the ends with a cool end cap and I want it to sound mean, eventually I will have the rear end done so the bags and fender will be extended with the cut out for the pipes. What do most of the people like for sound and looks on here? thanks

Buy the Harley first, then come back for advice.

Test ride one first and make sure it's what you want. Lots of difference between an HD and a metric.
