Default Quick Flap Magnet Doors

I picked up a set of these today as I've never liked the four snap glove box covers that well. They are too slow to open and close in my opinion but these are absolutely great. The bottom attaches with two fasteners and folds back and latches with two magnet latches at the top. Certainly worth a look if you are frustrated with the four snap doors. Access from the seat is no problem.

HD part number is: 57100198 and of course in traditional HD fashion run close to $50 at the dealer...they should make these a standard item.

Picked up a pair at Sturgis this year. Love em. I can actually access them while riding and close them. Highly recommended.

Thumbs up

Just installed a pair on my trike, I like them a lot better than the snap jobs!

I got them also and they work very well. I never could get all my old snaps on at the same time. Makes the compartments usefull again. Think $50 is pretty pricey for 4 magnets, but thats the HD way!

Any chance you could post a picture with the flap open? Be great to get an idea of the access. Not sure if I want these magnetic doors, or the more expensive Sealed Glove Box Doors for Electra Glide from eGlideGoodies. Had those before on a different bike and really liked them, but they are $200+. I could set them up with locking on the left-side and a **** on the right for easy access. Wouldn't mind a cheaper alternative.

Thanks,
