Default Motorcycle lifts

I have an 07 flhx. I'm looking for a jack that will fit under my bike that is not too expensive but not junk either. I haven't had good luck with the ones I've had . 2 had leaky bottle jacks. The one I have now I have to block up the front tire to get the jack under my bike. Thanks

Don't go cheap. I have replaced my bottle jack 3 times. Next time it will be a high quality lift. Like usmc3468 said, you get what ya pay for. My 2 philosophies in life are I am too cheap to buy cheap stuff and you get what you pay for. First time with the lift I slipped. Never again.

I used a cheapo Harbor Freight jack for quite awhile, which was certainly better than nothing. I did a lot of work on that jack, and would again if I had to.

Pitbull and J&S are far and away better, but quite a bit more expensive, too. I don't know if there's a happy middle ground.

I use the air over hydraulic Pitbull. I can work on the motor standing up, which is a huge benefit, in my opinion.

I've had my Pitbull since 2003. I agree that being able to stand up and work on your bike is worth the price to me.

How much for that lift, where did you get it and can it be operated from a small (120 PSI) compressor?

Default I love my pitbull

Watch for used pitbull or j&s. As stated they are the most popular. I have a turntable on my pitbull so I can turn the bike for storage and not have the wife giving me a hard time about tripping on the jack.
