chasing the rattle......... picked up some lifters, and half way through noticed the oil hole is now 90 degrees off from the stock ones? the old lifters have the oil hole facing you, new ones face the direction of movement of the roller. any way bike still rattles.

 

From what I hear/see, the 99C lifters suck in quality.

 

O well I used the wire wheel on all the threads, they'll come out easy.
