Default Extended or E-Z brake?

i'm thinking of changing the brake pedal on the Ultra. Which is most functional, the E-Z brake or the Kuryakyn extended brake?

You better have long legs if you go extended, put one by walters workshop on a 02 and at 6' it was all I could do to press it far enough to stop.

6'3" and the Extended is ideal! What an major improvement in style, quality and comfort over the stock POS. Even has a grease fitting & a decent price...what more could ya want?

I did the EZ brake and shifter on my SG and love both.

Ditto!

I've had the same set (both brake and long shifter) on three different bikes. They are awesome!

The Kuryakyn Girder extended I went with has a weird angle for the brake pad. I have the Ness Chrome and rubber pad and my foot slips when wet because my boot only catches the bottom edge now. Plus, its a lot thicker so I had to do some creative pounding to get the pad on the pedal and needless to say...it's never coming off without a cutting instrument. Wish I would have spent the extra for the Ez-Brake.
