Default New Long Ride Windshield

Ordered the windshield on Saturday (9" light tint), got it today. Installed, and went for a ride.

Things I noticed right away, when from the old one to a 9 inch. Now I can see... no line through my sight of view. I was always bobbin my head up and down. Now I am not. Wind on my chest is less, but I can feel it on the top of my head much more. This is because I went with a 9" instead of the 10", but I did that on purpose. If I get hit with rain I can still get my head down to get protection. I got a big *** tall head, so the same as buying a ballcap, there is a trade off when I bought this windshield.

I can finally see, which is the main thing, but I was more amazed how much it cut down the wind around my chest.

As far as the company, had many questions. They answered them all on this site, and also called Monday and they picked up, answered my question. Good to deal with, I am happy with my experience and product.

Here are some pics.

Great company to deal with and James will give you GREAT customer service! It's a very well made product at a very reasonable price! In case you can't tell I'm very happy with the 10"medium tint I bought from them. And, you will get it FAST!

Ride safe!

Just got an 11" light tint from James. Great customer service. Mine squeaked on the first ride! Sounded like a damn cricket going down the hwy. I put a piece of foam tape on and it stopped. I should have done a 10" though

I bought the exact same shield from them a couple of years ago. I have always been very happy with the shield and the customer support.

I could not be happier with mine....I got he 6"....I'm 6'2" tall and look over the windshield and get a lot of wind in the face....but it is EXACTLY what I wanted. I used it on my 5500 mile trip to Sturgis and LOVED it..........

I ordered the short (I think 6") recurve one and I love it. They are a great company with a great windshield super fast shipping. There is no way I could go back to a regular windshield now.

Anyone out there have an 8 or 9" on a Road Glide. If so, could you please post some pics of the shield, front and side views, would be great. Thanks
