Default Seat Comparison 52164-10 vs 51995-10

I currently am using the seat off of the '10 CVO street glide with part # 51995-10 on my 09 Street glide. The bike is also lowered to 11.5 inch shock on the rear as I am vertically challenged with a 29-30 inch inseam. I love how the seat looks and the height it puts me at compared to the original seat. The biggest issue that I have with the seat is the front part where it starts going up to the tank. There is a hump there that puts the squeeze on my manhood. Its even worse when I stop with the wife on the back. It feels like I am constantly trying to adjust my jeans. I also have the original seat that was poorly made because it pulls down when you sit on it making the bottom of the console visible. Can’t believe they would initially miss that on a $30k bike.
The other day I was at the dealer and sat on a 12 road glide ultra and was amazed by how good the seat felt. The part # for this seat is 52164-10. I wasn’t able to flat foot on that bike but it is a totally different setup. The seat felt like it had more cushioning or better not sure. It also seemed better for my wife now that she is hitching along more.
I am wondering if anyone knows how the two seats compare to each other (height, width, etc). I am hesitant on taking the plunge as all dealers by me charge a restocking fee or will not let you try it. The closest dealer to me that has it is 709 miles away as well..
Opinions are greatly appreciated!!
