Help!!!!! Back breaks went out when going down hill

when the brakes get too hot the brake fluid literally boils and makes steam.that pushes fluid back into the resivour. then after the fluid cools down,a few pumps and the fluid is back where it is supposed to be

The owners manual says to flush and replace brake fluid every 2 yrs.
