Riding in a big one, or its relatively large aftershocks is, erm, interesting

I was on my way home after the '89 Loma Prieta (~7.0) and recall the bike wandering more than just the road snakes... and at a stop light I had to have both feet on the ground, I felt drunk until I noticed all the cars doing the same 'roll to the left, roll to the right' routine

The HD jiffy is truly amazing, and I'm looking forward to trying a J&S to ease my decrepit back & neck

I was at JMU moving one of my kids in her dorm. We felt it, didn't think about it till we saw it on the news later on. Drove right past the center coming home. Glad all is ok!
