Congrats! I rode a rigid sportster chopper from 93 to 06 and swore Id never ride anything else till I found a woman that liked riding as much as me. So we looked at a used Road King and took it for a ride............$9000 later we took it home! I like it so much Ill never sell it. The chopper? I dumped it immediatly! Never looked back.

FLSTN to FLHRC
I loved the 2009 Deluxe, but my wife said she was tired of riding on the back and wanted it for her own. She looked at Sportys and decided to get comfortable on the Deluxe (she's doing great).
Forced me to look at all the options and last week bought a 2009 Road King Classic. Felt very strange at first so I bought a new seat for it, which is terrific. After 2 weeks it now feels great. The RKC will also be perfect for 2-up when she doesn't feel like riding her own bike.
Great thing is I can ride a low, lighter, fun bike for short hops...

I about to do something I swore I would never do. I'm trading in my Sporty on a new 2011 Streetglide. I just couldn't say no after riding it and falling completely in love. What an amazing bike. Incredible ride and great handling.
I loved my Sporty but I found myself not looking forward to riding any type of long distance. After a day of riding I would be completely worn out.
So I test rode a Streetglide and immediately loved it. I was really impresesed with the handling and how comfortable it was.
Made the deal today and they are holding it for me.
White Hot Denim with cruise control, ABS, and security system.
I'll post picks when I pick it up Friday or Saturday.
I'm looking forward to learning allot about baggers and the Streetglide in general.
Now I can't wait to do my first long ride.
