Default Best air filter under the stock air box

What is the best air filter that will fit under the stock air box on a 1995 Road King. I'm sure it's going to be a K&N filter but I wanted your opinion. I'm going to eventually put on a different air cleaner but I haven't decided what yet so in the meantime I want a good filter.

If you want re-usable, go with K&N, but it will probably be different than one you'll need for a different air filter housing. Otherwise, I'd just use a stock HD filter.

Stock filter works pretty darn good protecting the engine, maybe the best. They just don't flow as well as the K&N when dirty.

I was thinking the K&N so that's the way I'm going to go. I know some of you really like the stock filter but I wanted something that was going to flow better. Thanks

Take a look at Zipper's ac, it's a K&N and will fit under the stock cover.

Fuel Moto best buildt uses a k&n, and you can use any brand of cover latter on.
