I got my v/h dresser duals in for my ultra, and was wondering if I can install them before I get my ac filter and download? I already have rinehart slip on's, but I don't know if it will run ok with just the headers and slip on's . Thanks

 

yes.

the stock air box will continue to impede flow through the motor, so mixture should be fine.

BUT listen for pinging, usually under hard acceleration or pulling a load uphill- it sounds like pebbles shaking in a coffee can. Pinging is bad, and if sustained can damage the motor.
