I believe the vented fairings will fit on '10 and later RG's because of an adjustment HD made to the fairing on the RG.

 

From a value standpoint it would to me since RG lowers don't come with glove boxes included, and purchased separately they cost $340 list for the pair.

Vented lowers come with glove boxes; list price for the vented lowers is $649, so figure $530 or so plus shipping from a 20% off dealer or free shipping from some dealers.

Also, the RG lowers won't accept the 2011 CVO speaker boxes which may or may not be a consideration for this or other purchasers.
