Who has a SEPST and still has cat?
Added Supertrapp SE slip ons a couple of days ago and will also be installing a Big Sucker in the next few days. Have been looking at the SEPST as a tuner....looks pretty straight forward to use.
I still have the cat in the headpipe and not looking to remove anytime soon for now.
Given the above should there be a map that will match my setup? Just curious to see who is using this tuner and still has the cat and if so what mapping did you use?
For those that have this tuner did you DIY or have dealer set you up? Seems pretty simple to hook up and upload mappings
Thanks

I'm actually wondering if I'm able to figure out a SERST, I'm an older dude and may be in over my head with this stuff but it sounds exactly what I want to be able to do?

I have a 2011 RKC. I put V/H mufflers and a SE air cleaner on mine and then tuned with the SEPST. So far, I'm happy with the results although I do still want to get rid of the cat.
The SEPST is pretty easy to use once you have the software in front of you and can walk thru it with the instructions. The software comes loaded with a bunch of maps, but once I hooked up my laptop to the SEPST and to my bike, the software showed only those maps that were relevant to my bike specifically. So, it narrowed it down to about 6 maps and I was able to pick the closest map. Then, after reflashing with that map, I did 8-10 smart tune runs. I'm pretty happy with the results so far.
The smart tuning is a pretty slick option that you'll definitely want to do with your bike. Again, the instructions seem confusing, but once you have the software in front of you and you can mess around with it a bit, it's pretty easy to do.
