if I buy a power commander for my set up, do I still need a remap? advice please?

You don't need the 9 volt with the PCV anymore. Also FuelMoto will fix you up with a much better price and send the map preinstalled and you won't even have to hook up laptop to it if you don't want to. Bet it will work also.
