Default Help with Sissy Bar mounting issues.

So, I just bought a sissy bar from a fellow member on here and went ahead and got the kit from HD to do the install(2pt quick detach kit). Well, when I was doing the installation, I noticed that a piece of my bike was broken and that a piece was missing. The broken piece is shown by the red arrow, what is it and where can I buy this piece. The blue arrow depicts a piece that was missing from my installation kit. How the heck do I get these two pieces(one for each side) to make sure the sissy bar is on right. Also, the broken chrome piece is on the clutch side of the bike, but could only find a pic of the brake side for illustration. Any help is greatly appreciated. Trying to get the bike ready for the mountains this weekend and no way in hell is the wife going without a sissy bar. Thanks again.

Josh
