Brukus...great customer service
Just wanted to put in a good word for the folks at Brukus.
I just got back from a 2,200 mile, 9 state trip. I had installed the seat and saddlebag secure items from these guys. Once I returned from the trip I was cleaning up the bike and noticed the seat was moved back and was not secured in the front mount. When I checked the screw in the back it wasn't there. My assumption at the time was that it had came loose from vibration and had simply fallen out. I didn't look at the fitting closely.
A day or two later I called them to order a replacement. As I was speaking with her it occurred to me that the screw may not have came out and that it could have either broke off or the fitting that it screws into may have came apart. I voiced this to her and before I could say that I would double-check the fitting and try to determine exactly what the cause was she basically said it didn't matter. She agreed to send me a replacement at no cost. In addition, she mentioned the cover that they now sell for the screw. I told her they had not carried that item when I initially ordered but that I would like to order that part. Again, even though it wasn't a part of my original purchase, she stated that she would include it with the replacement screw at no cost to me.
Now that's customer service

OK good. I was mainly concerned that the cage under the fender holding the nut had come loose as we had another customer that happened to. Hopefully this will do the trick!
