Do you have a part # for these speakers? I can't find front speakers on the H-D site.
Thanks.

Thanks, skratch.
I get to pay $30 more for it in Canada, too.

I am not running an amp. Wife tells me i play the stereo too loud now. They are far better than stock and better than the 6.5 biketronics I had. In fairnes to biketronics, the speakers I had (have) were 4 ohm and my head unit is 2 ohm. So they would not give the output I wanted.

The Booms work for me too. Good quality sound at highway speeds.

It is my understanding the HD Booms and J&M 5.25 speaker itself are the same just the Boom has the tweeters in the kit like the 7.25 J&M kit to give depth to the sound.

Agreed no need to amp the 5.25s (wouldn't hurt though) but you must amp the 7.25s or you will have horrible response from the speakers.

Enjoy and this is just my 2cents, not 100% on the accuracy this was just what I was able to gather from personal research.

But-

Any reason these wouldn't work on a Street Glide as well? They don't show up as an available part for an '11 SG on the HD parts web site.

Yes, they work on a street glide.. I put them on my bike last week and was quizzing the counter guy..
His basic response is the street glide is an electra glide, just stripped down.

I bought em anyways, installed them without a problem, and am very happy with them.
