Throttle by Wire-sticking just off idle

the key is to make sure your at idle prior to turning off, AND do not start the bike until ALL of the diagnostics are complete and the lights are off.
doing these 2 things have totally eliminated the problem for me

2012 Road Glide Ultra throttle to high
Thanks to this forum.
Tuned ignition switch on/off 4 times.
Took care of bike idling at 1800 rpms.
