Squirt it down with some PB Blaster, get yourself a scrap piece of 2x6, then beat the **** out of it with the muffler. It'll slide out eventually. Unless it doesn't, in which case you can use a couple of bevelled 2x2s, stick them inside the baffle, and drive it out by beating them on the ground. Of course, then you have to set the thing on fire to get the wedged 2x2s out.....
