On the CVO Ultra---Definitely the Fulsac Headpipe made the most noticable change even though I had already added Krome Werks 3.5" HP Plus Slip-ons and A Super tuner prior.
On the wife's XXX---I'd have to say the most improvement for the money was the Shock Lift Brackets (no more Draggin Wagon). A close second is the additional power I got out of the Jackpot Headpipe with 13.8 AFR Nightrider XIEDs.
On my Road King---Definitely was dumping the stock seat for the HD Hammock Seat. A close second is changing the stock Handlebars to the Heritage Softail Style bars. Comfort is significantly increased.

Mustang seat with rider backrest, WO575 bars, floorboard extensions, highway pegs, 8.5" Klockwerks windshield, Freedom wings, cruise control, HD tourpak for the wife. All those items significantly increased comfort for long haul rides.

I have yet to change out the seat, but I did recently add the HD 360 degree highway pegs. My bike already has cruise, but the pegs have made all the difference in comfortable distance riding.

Trading in the ex wife for a new one. On the bike would be cams, jackpot 2-1-2 head pipes with PCV, Motorcycle metal rear shocks, Hwy pegs, riders claw then avon grips. Just recieved my intiminators in the mail so thats next and after that will save up for the jagg oil cooler.

Other than upgrading from a Yamaha VStar 1100 to a Road King Classic, handlebars are the best thing I've spent money on on either bike

I'd have to say the combination of C&C Fastback seat with backrest and PYO Monkey bars extremely comfortable and looks great. The stage one powerpack from Fuel moto is a close second.
