Is there much difference in Polly Riser Bushings?
I'm getting ready to order Wild One 577's along with Polly riser bushings and they are only $10.95 for four at Dennis Kirk. The price is so low it makes me wonder about the quality. I think I saw some on another Website for $19.95. I know they are higher than that at a dealer. Anybody have an opinion? Thanks.

I found no advantage to poly bushings- the difference is in how hard the bushings are tensioned.
I was able to 'tune out" many of the vibrations that were giving me problems with my hands going numb.
I did the R&D on my FXR where you can get to all that stuff alot easier.
my 2¢, save $10

A leisurely rider may not pick up on all the advantages, but they're definitely worth it. Bars don't vibrate as much. Big difference in quick directional changes, less rubbery in feel. Steering is more positive. When you make a quick left/right steering input, the change is MUCH more immediate because the bushings don't have to compress that little bit the way the rubber ones do before your steering input reaches the forks. Tightening the riser bolts won't do squat for lateral movement which is where a large difference can be felt.
Do it, it's a cheap upgrade you can feel an improvement on.
