Default Burly lowering kit on 2012 Flhr

Not looking for opinions. I would like some facts, experience, "I did that and", etc.

I have a 27" inseam. Progressive lowering w/shocks and (friggin ugly) reach seat does not do it. Dealer says the Burly kit will. They also said the Progressive kit would. I mostly ride two up (I'm 210 she 160). Am I going to have an issue with wiring harness or bottoming out? Lean angle not too much of an issue because I am not an aggressive 'twistie' rider.

thanx
