I bought a Warm and Safe liner and gloves for my fiance last Christmas. She loves the liner but she can't find glove that fit. In February I exchanged the x-small that I bought her for a medium. She didn't like that fit either. I dropped the ball and didn't do anything with them until yesterday. I emailed them and asked if I could exchange them for a liner for myself and they said no problem.
I consider that excellent customer service and they have a good product. You might want to take a look at them if you look into heated gear.

Gerbing. Great stuff and excellent service.
The key to staying warm all over is the core. Start with either a heated jacket liner or a heated vest. Both will allow for the addition of pants, gloves and socks. If your core (chest and abs) are toasty the blood circulating to your extremities will be warmer. With a warm core you can get down to some pretty chilly temps with regular (non-heated) gloves and other regular gear (pants, boots, socks etc).
Hope this helps.

Just an update. The Warm and Safe liner came today, can't say enough good things about it. My girl has the dual wireless controller, ran both liners no problem. It's in the mid 40s here and the suns down, could have ridden all night. Set it to the midway point, plenty warm enough. There are ways to get a pretty good discount too if anyone is looking to buy from them
