Default Cycle Shack-Randallstown, Md. Opinions?

I bought my first HD this season and I'm looking for a good shop. Has anyone tried these guys?

I work with a guy and he said they are slow as mole-asses...even in the middle of the winter it took him forever to get work done...I don't know the details, I just remember him being pissed about it...

Not sure where you are, but Jackmans in Frederick is F'n awesome. Down to Earth people, great service, decent prices (except for tires). Cant say enough good things about them. I dont usually use a shop, as I do all my own maintenance and repairs, but whatever is out of my comfort zone goes to them.

If you're looking for a decent HD dealer to use then I highly recommend All American Harley in Hughesville MD, they treat you like family and haven't forgotten what it was like years ago when dealers actually cared... If you're looking for an Indy shop try defender cycles in Mechanicsville MD, the owner has been a master harley tech for 30 years and recently went out on his own.

Check out American Iron Speed and Cycle in Frederick, they have certified HD master techs and $70 per hour is very good.

Jackman is good too, a little pricey, but good work and big shop.

Is this the general area you're looking at?

Finksburg is just to the north, and Hops is there. I had a tire mounted by them. They did the job just fine. Shop is clean and organized, people are polite and seem knowledgeable. They were not patronizing to me with regards to my Harley novice level. $80/hour shop rate on the ticket.

Haven't personally used them since I do all my own wrenching but all of my brothers use F&S in Eldersburg and have nothing but good to say about them. They have an Open House this Saturday too!
