Smile Ultra Highway Peg

Hey folks!

Been wanting to get some highway pegs for the scoot for awhile now. Thinking of going with Kuryakyn. Any suggestions or feedback on these pegs?

I'm 5' 10". Knees have been really starting to hurt after more than 3 hours riding and I know I need to get some pegs. Looked at HD's but not much there for me. Anyways let me know!

You may want to check out the new H-D parts catalog (2012). They have new peg styles. Not fond of Kuryakyn stuff, but it's a matter of personal preference.

I have the Kuryakyn Switchblades. Pretty good pegs. Only complaint is that they are not splined so if you don't torque them down real good (adjusting the angle of the peg once you mount them on the engine guard) they tend to slip. Other than that, the Switchblades are very good. I think the ISO ones you reference above would be fine too, but I'd check to see if they are splined or not. No splines equals potential slipping when using the heel rest.

Do a search on the forum for "ultra highway pegs". There have been a couple decent threads in the past month or so with a lot of pictures. If I wasn't typing this on my phone id paste a link, but they should be easy to find. A lot of good info on those threads.

I just installed their kuryakin floorboard extensions and they fit like crap and the bolts were total grade 2 junk.

I just put Kury Longhorn Duallys on my Limited. I am 5-10, and these pegs seem to fit me fine. No complaints with the fit or quality.

Unless you are in a hurry to get highway pegs, I've got a set of H-D highway pegs(50500-03) I will be taking off within a couple of months. I am going to order a set of Rumble Collection pegs.

The pegs I'm taking off are in good condition without any damage.

Hey Raxus ---- I have those pegs on mine. Love the heel rest. I just wish I could get about another 2 or 3 inches away from the lowers. I found such a thing. A buddy of mine has them on his Ultra. A company called Rivco. He bought them in Daytona, but I'm getting them online. Bracket is part HD005 & pegs are part PEGSHR. They're perfect. I still get to keep a heel rest, but they're adjustable & I get that 3 inches out, away from the lowers.
