Default backrest saved my spine ~

I was fortunate to walk away from this and truly believe my backrest saved my spine. get one

Oh that sucks!! Bet he feels almost as bad as you. I have a backrest and have never really thought about that added benefit and hope I never have to find out.
Good luck getting the bike back in shape.
Hope your riding buddy was ok.

Wow! Glad you're OK!! Got the backrest on mine, but never thought it would help if rear ended. Hope insurance takes care of it all, including an eye examination for your "friend."
