My last 2 new bikes had about 11. My dealership takes it for a road test after assembly.

I bought my 2011 Roadking 7 weeks ago after riding into Kelley Harley in Ma at 9:30 am on my FXDC ...making a deal ..and riding out at 10:50 am on the Road King ( that was on the showroom floor ) ...it had 1 mile on it ...I would have felt a little more comfortable if it had 5-10 But everything has been fine so far . It has already had the 1000 mile service ....I'm at 1,850 now ..

My "09 Heritage had 6 miles on it. First thing next day, checked tire pressure and both tires had 22 psi. Ambient temperature was 70 degrees.

Knowing what Dawg knows I worried mine had too few miles with just 2 miles on it. I worried just the other way as you if they had checked it out like they should.

I wouldn't worry about it. They probably rode it to check it out and it was a nice day and he rode an extra mile or two while he was out....I know I would

If my recollection from the factory tour in York, all the bikes get ridden on the rollers on the factory floor. A random sampling get longer roller rides and some get ridden on the road for QC.

I don't think 19 miles would be that out of line.

when I bought my Fatboy Lo it had 7 miles on it. I bought my dad's RKC, and the new Vrod muscle he bought had only 3 miles logged on the odometer. I'm pretty sure the dealer guys ride the new ones when they come in, "just to make sure everything is OK"
