Default Do I need to add tuner and high flow air filter with true duals?

I just bought a 2011 Road Glide Ulta and want a better sound....Ive done some searching and want the 4" Rhinehart true dual exhaust...I was told in addition to the exhaust, I will "need to put a Harley race tuner, and a High flow air filter in the bike. With adding true duals, you need to at least have the race tuner"

Is this true?

i didnt do a tuner till i put the hi flow filter on when you add the hi flow filter it increases the air intake and when u do that it need more fuel as well. true duels or just mufflers will be ok without a tuner.

Not really but, you're throwing away a few horses and a little cooler running engine if you don't.

away from the person who told you this .
away if they offer to pour you a glass of purple koolaide while they tell you all the great things about the SE Pro tuner...
Seriously though there are many good tuners available to add to your bike and less money too (bonus)
The SE Pro is a good piece of kit, but the part about "you need at least" is the part that causes me to question the motivation of such statements.
Go with the current Power Commander for your bike and a dyno tune and you will be Good 2 Go in no time flat.
Just my .02 this fine Sunday morning.
