Default Harley headset adapter??

Is there a fitting or adapter that plugs into the Harley headset ports to use a regular headset, or stereo connector, headset connector fittings?

Something like this?

http://www.aerostich.com/intercom-system-adapter.html

The Product Description says:
Adapts any 5, 7 or 8 pin motorcycle intercom system connector (Most aftermarket types, OEM Gold Wing, Harley, etc..) to a standard 3.5mm stereo plug for use with earbuds and earspeakers

I've been using the one mentioned above and it works great.
Here's another:

If you have the correct model microphone you will not need an adapter. If you have a general purpose CB radio microphone there are no adapters because most brands of microphones are wired differently by brand. One thing you can do is have the mic re-wired with a new connector to plug into the Harley system.

I think this one has hook-up for both the earphones and mic.
