I used little wire ties to hold them to the throttle wires then ran them under the tank. I also added heat shrink tubing to give it a little more protection as I did with all of the lights that run under my tank (above the rockers) here is a pic of mine. I used the Pods that have 5 LED's each and then 2 18" strips under the tank from superbrightleds.com. I also used the same strips to make my own speaker rings for the fairing, and 6X9's in the bag lids.

I'm diggin all of this. I think I might just do the front and rear wheel light setup. Where did you mount your leds for the front wheel? Thanks in advance.

I mounted one POD on the inside of the fender... just inside where the fender bracket bolts on. I then ran the wire between the actual fork tube and fender bracket, up through the cow bells... I drilled a small hole on the top inside section of the cow bells to pull the wire up through it. You can never see the hole or the wire unless you stick your face up under my fork cap. The only other option was to use 6 small wire ties to attach the LED wire to the brake lines. It looks 100% better the way I did it. I know a lot of guys say they hate the lights, etc... but I can't tell you how many compliments I get on mine... several time watching people outside a bar, gas station, etc taking pictures. At bike night with 200 bikes in a dark parking lot... I never have to look for mine

Just added a combination of blue and white LEDs on my new to me 07 cobalt blue street glide. Turned out really well. Is anyone with blue or red LEDs having any problems with local law enforcement pulling you over for red or blue lights "to the front"? Some here in AZ are having that issue. Judges are throwing out the ticket but, it just the hassle I don't want to deal with so I didn't get to ride with them on prior to this deployment.
