Rush Mufflers on 2010-11 Touring Models with Stock Headpipes and Cats
I'd like to hear the experiences of folks who are running Rush mufflers on their 2010-11 touring models with stock head pipes and cats installed.
What size baffles are you using?
Are you stock or stage 1?
Did you re-map?
Do you like the exhaust note at idle? open throttle? cruise speeds?
Is the sound level tolerable?
Thanks for your input, guys.

Same here. Rush slashdowns on my 09 EG Classic, with the 2.5 baffle. Nice bagger sound. Gonna do them again on my new 103 Limited Ultra. They get even louder when the packing burns off the baffle, after a couple thousand miles. Not too loud though. It's loud, but it's a bearable unobnoxious nice-for-a-bagger loud. My Classic was stock with a Harley Race tuner & high flow. Doing Power Duals on the 103, but sticking with Rush. If you want that nice bagger sound, I don't think you'll be disappointed. In fact, go to a bike night, or to a dealer on a nice Saturday morning. Rush is pretty common & I bet you'll find somebody who will fire it up for you. If you like loud, go with the 2.5 baffle.

Rush
I was running Rush S/O with 2.5 baffles, stock head pipes and stock A/C when I first got my '10 RK, it had nice sound and maybe a touch of power. If your on a budget, it is a good way to go. Once I got a few pennies saved, I went with V&H Power Duals head pipes and my Rush S/O, SE stage 1 A/C and a SE Race Tuner with a dyno tune. I gained about 6 hp and 8 tq and a good flat A/F ratio. I'm happy with it.
