I didnt buy an ultra because i didnt want an ultra. In less then 5 minutes I can take the sissy bar off and put the stock seat on and I have the same bike I bought. The set up in the pictures is for when my wife goes out with me. When I bought the bike my wife had no intention of riding because she works with people with brain injuries from vehicle and motorcycle accidents. When she realized that she was not ever going to see me from april until november she changed her mind and began riding, thus requiring me to change the setup. As for the lights Im not a huge fan of them, but I can tell you Im alot more visible with them then without them. All in all two bikes in one
