You gotta read between the lines. The OP doesn't have a SERT. He's considering a stage I download, vs a dyno tune. If he goes the dyno tune route, he's gonna have to also buy the SERT, which is why it's 700 bucks. You can't dyno tune without a SERT, TTS, Power Commander, etc.
