I see that the MoCo is selling octane booster -

that uses MMT. I've read that MMT leaves copious amounts of manganese in cats, f's up ecm's and o2 sensors (although it could be good as it makes the mix a little richer.)

Anyone have any opinions? ;-)

 

I use Jack Daniels.

 

Safe for use with catalyst and oxygen sensor-equipped bikes. It says in the link, whats that got to do with it if your bike has co2 sensors. It still tastes really bitter, and I don't notice any performance difference, just a sore throat. Stick to Jack Daniels !

 

Sounds like a waste. Side note: About 20 or so years ago, a buddy of mine ran out of gas about 2 miles from exit. He dumped some vodka in the tank and made it to the gas station.
