Lepera Silhouette or Mustang Tripper Fastback?????
#2
Both of these seats are small and thin. Made more for looks than comfort. That's OK. Looks are an important aspect of our Harleys. But having said that, I don't think there is much discussion to be had about the two seats. Pick the one that you like the best, or the one you can get the best deal on, and buy it. I'd keep my stock seat around for longer rides though.

I'm riding my street glide with the new Mustang wide tripper. I'm 6 1 and it sits me lower and farther back than stock. It's comfortable for most rides. I haven't been on it cross country or anything. I made the mistake of the sport touring saddle which is much more comfortable but sat me up over the fairing and I didn't like that.

I've never had a Mustang that wasn't comfortable. By the same token, I'm waiting to sit on my first comfortable LePera. For me, LePera is more about the look more than the comfort. Some are perfectly satisfied with them, but I'm not one of them. My butt likes what my butt likes. My niece has a LePera Maverick on her Sportster and that thing is terrible. Looks nice, but it simply has no comfort to it. Everybody's body is different and maybe your body will sing a different tune than mine when it's on a LePera.
