Loosen up the belt some and see if the noise stops, the belt gets tighter with heat, I always run my a little looser than recommended to stop the chirps

The heat shield clamps get lots of heating and cooling cycles so they can loosen enough for vibration caused chirps.

when my rubber washer squeaked on the muffler what fixed it was soaking them in oil overnight and wiping them down
