Some what resolved
Dealer gets with Harley Tech Support. Tech support states that the teeth on the belt are too thick. Tech support states this is a know situation. If you change belt you'll have same problem. Solution:
1. Use a file and file down belt teeth.
2. Leave it alone and the teeth will wear down and noise should stop.
Mean while spray silicon on belt every once and a while to reduce noise.
I told dealer to leave mine alone. Dealer stated the problem is stored in the computer for future problem if it arrives. Hopefully belt manufacturer is or has redesigned belt for new bikes.
