The tru-duals is referring to the headpipe.

If you're having the bike dyno tuned you need to have the bike at a thousand miles or broke in. They want the bike ready to take several runs at 6200 RPMs.

Right, some people just don't have a clue. They repeat what they hear without a thought to what it means.

+2 you don't dyno a bike until it's broke in and during the break in it will run hotter. After get a power commander or another tuner to add a little fuel to cool it off. I recommend an oil cooler too.
