Do the progressive 940's come in 13", I am looking for a good shock, my buddy put ohlins on his RG they were almost $800 bucks, I rode his bike and I don't think they are worth the money, they're a great improvement but I believe you can get the same results for less $$.

There are dozens of threads about shocks on here. If you search on Progressive or Ohlins stand back! Pick only the threads with either of those in the title line. Are Ohlins worth the money? If they are custom built, you bet they are! I doubt if you will get the same results for less, but you are welcome to try.

Can anyone explain how these shocks work with only one adjuster? Are they linked somehow that is not visible in the pictures, or does only one shock adjust with the big hand ****?

I believe only compression damping is adjustable, not rebound dampening, so the preload is adjustable on the compression side.

just get the Progressive 940s. You can adjust each of the shocks with a twist of the wrist. Very controlled ride.

There is only one adjuster **** on one of the two shocks, not one adjustment on each shock. just wondered how that works.
