When I wash my bike I wrap my air cleaner with tin foil.

No problems, I have the HD rainsock on it, I've been caught in torrential downpours and had to leave it out in downpours overnight on the road... no issues

Ditched the football and went with the K & N filter with the flame insert then added the HD rain sock.
