Question Comfort Profile Bag Guard Fitment Question
the P&A catalog says p/n 49179-09 Comfort Profile Rear SB Guards don't fit '09+ FLHTC/FLHTCU. Anyone know why? Searched on this and another forum but couldn't find answer. Curious 'cause I want to put them on my bike and the pdf download installation instructions have steps in there for the aforementioned models... Anyone have them on their '09-up Classic, Ultra, or Road Glide? Thanks in advance.

They should fit but you'll have to get rid of the side rails.

And / Or Drill the new bars to receive the side bag rails.......

Already have the side rails off - running the FLHX style bag supports. Thanksl.
