The position of your wrists is a far greater factor (than vibration) in median nerve entrapment at the wrist (carpal tunnel syndrome). Carpal tunnel splints at night while you sleep are likely a far better investment that the vibrator gloves.
Yep, I've had a release on my right but still have some problems and my left is awful unless I wear my braces at night. Hand positioning is also important, you don't want your knuckles below the back of your wrists for any for any length of time.
